2025 Pro Bowl Roster Zay Flowers Makes History as Ravens' First WR Selection

The NFL unveiled its official Pro Bowl rosters on Thursday morning, with the Baltimore Ravens leading all teams with nine selections. Among them is wide receiver Zay Flowers, who is set to make Pro Bowl history.

Flowers becomes the first Ravens wide receiver ever to earn a Pro Bowl selection. The team captured the emotional moment when general manager Eric DeCosta delivered the news to him.

This season, Flowers has caught 73 passes for a career-high 1,047 yards and four touchdowns over 16 games. His 73 receptions rank 27th in the NFL, while his 1,047 receiving yards place him 16th. Those 1,047 yards also mark the most by a Ravens wide receiver in a single season since Steve Smith Sr. recorded 1,065 yards in 2014.

When the Ravens drafted Flowers with the No. 22 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft from Boston College, they envisioned him as Lamar Jackson's new top target. After setting rookie franchise records with 77 catches and 858 yards last season, Flowers has continued his ascent in Year 2, earning a well-deserved Pro Bowl spot.
